When Will I Receive My Order?

Products ship within 2-3 business days of your successfully completed purchase(s). Pre-made items will ship the same day or the next business day.

For larger quantities of custom items, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of the estimated shipping date for your custom order to ensure you are kept informed throughout the process.

Shipping times will depend on the carrier and shipping method chosen. Once shipped, most domestic (USA) packages will arrive between 2 and 10 business days.

Detailed package tracking is provided in your order confirmation email.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

At this time, we are pleased to offer you our discounted shipping rates. You pay the actual cost to ship.

Note that all domestic (USA) orders of $100+ ship free (no code needed), with a standard 3 to 10 day delivery time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, 317 Creative Company does not ship internationally outside of the USA. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
